1. Who we are

Jonny Abbey Fitness (“we”, “us”) is the data controller for personal information collected through this site and the Phoenix Blueprint program. Contact: jonnyabbeyfitness@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

  • Contact details — name, email address.
  • Program interactions — emails you send us, replies to onboarding.
  • Technical data — IP address, device, browser, basic site analytics.
  • Order data — collected and held by Paddle (our Merchant of Record); we receive transaction confirmations from Paddle.

3. Why we use it

To deliver the program, send you onboarding and ongoing program emails, respond to support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, improve the product, and comply with legal obligations. Legal bases: performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests, and where required, your consent.

4. Who we share it with

  • Paddle — Merchant of Record for payments, billing, tax, and invoicing.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers who run our site and email queue.
  • Email delivery providers used to send program emails.
  • Authorities when required by law.

5. International transfers

Some of our service providers may process data outside Australia. Where this occurs we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

6. Retention

We keep your personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, withdraw consent, or object to processing. To exercise these rights, email jonnyabbeyfitness@gmail.com. You can unsubscribe from program emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and infrastructure provided by reputable cloud and payment providers.

9. Cookies

We use a minimal set of essential cookies needed for the site to function. We do not run advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
