How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email used at checkout, or email us at jonnyabbeyfitness@gmail.com and we'll forward the request to Paddle on your behalf.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
